Outline the outlet box on the floor. Use a pencil or other marker to mark the dimensions on the wall where the receptacle will go. Apply masking tape to protect the floor finish.

Replace the outlet in the hole. Connect the black conduit wire inside the junction box to the terminal marked live on the terminal the white wire to the terminal marked neutral on the outlet and the copper wire to the green grounding screw. Now use a jigsaw with a wood cutting blade to complete the box cutout.
